Dracula – Sanguine Queen’s Skills
Bloodmoon Feast
Dracula summons a Blood Moon to the battlefield for 3s. While the Blood Moon is active, Dracula is immune to controls.
While the Blood Moon is active, Dracula deals damage equal to 480% of her Attack Rating to all enemies every second, and most of their buffs are dispelled.
When Dracula deals damage to all enemies with this skill, she restores health equal to 300% of her Attack Rating to all allies. This healing is increased by 2% for each point of Life Leech Dracula has.
Lvl 2: Damage to enemy units is increased to 600% per second. When the Blood Moon appears, all enemies are afflicted by a Crimson Specter for 10s.
Lvl 3: While the Blood Moon is active, all allies gain 30 points of Attack Speed and Haste.
Eternal Decree
Dracula attacks the enemy hero who has dealt the highest total damage, dealing damage equal to 200% of Attack Rating and preventing them from receiving healing or shields for 5s.
Lvl 2: Targets attacked by Eternal Decree are afflicted with a Crimson Specter for 10s.
Lvl 3: Damage is increased to 250% of Attack Rating.
Lvl 4: After the target is attacked, it will be Enfeebled, permanently reducing its max health by 5% (capped at a reduction of 500% of Dracula’s Attack Rating).
Crimson Stalker
Dracula transforms into several bats and teleports to the target, dealing damage equal to 300% of Attack Rating while silencing them for 5s and afflicting them with a Crimson Specter for 10s. Each enemy hero can be afflicted by up to 3 Crimson Specters at a time.
When an allied hero damages a target afflicted by a Crimson Specter, the attacker recovers health equal to 2% of Attack Power for every 1 point of Life Leech they have.
When Dracula uses this skill, she prioritizes attacking enemy units that have not been afflicted by a Crimson Specter.
Lvl 2: Damage is increased to 360% of Attack Rating.
Lvl 3: Health recovery is increased to 5% of Attack Power.
Lvl 4: When an allied hero attacks a target afflicted by a Crimson Specter, for every 2 points that the allied hero’s Life Leech exceeds the target’s Life Leech, the damage and health loss the attacker deals will be increased by 5% (capped at a max increase of 200%), while each attack will also restore 10 Energy to them.
Scarlet Tide
For each point of Life Leech Dracula has, her Vampiric Chalice gains 5 Blood per second.
When an allied hero attacks a target afflicted by a Crimson Specter, each attack adds 0.2 Blood to the Vampiric Chalice for every point of Life Leech the attacker has.
The Vampiric Chalice will be filled once it contains 1000 Blood. Each time the chalice is filled, Scarlet Overflow will be triggered, dealing damage equal to 120% of Dracula’s Attack Rating to all enemies while reducing their Attack Rating by 30% and Defense Rating by 30% for 5s.
Lvl 2: Dracula gains 1 point of Life Leech for every 2 points of Magic Pierce she has.
Lvl 3: The damage Scarlet Overflow deals to all enemies is increased to 160% of Attack Rating, while the amount of Blood required to fill the Vampiric Chalice is reduced to 800.
Lvl 4: When Scarlet Overflow is triggered, Dracula transforms the enemy hero with the highest Energy into a Bloodbound Servant, causing them to continuously use normal attacks to attack random enemy units. Dracula absorbs 80 Energy per second from the Bloodbound Servant. If they lack sufficient Energy, then Dracula absorbs 10% of their health instead (capped at 500% of Dracula’s Attack Rating). Lasts for 5s. If the target dies while in Bloodbound Servant form, the Vampiric Chalice immediately gains 400 Blood.

[Unlocked at Activation] Each time Scarlet Overflow is triggered, all allies permanently gain 20% max health and 10 points of Life Leech. While Blood Moon is active, the damage Dracula deals to enemy units per second is increased by 50% (capped at 3 increases).
[Unlocked at +10] For each point of Life Leech Dracula has, the base duration of Blood Moon is increased by 0.05s (capped at a max increase of 3s). Each time Scarlet Overflow is triggered, the duration of Blood Moon is increased by 0.5s (capped at a max increase of 3s).
[Unlocked at +20] For every 20% of health Dracula loses, her Vampiric Chalice gains 50 Blood.
[Unlocked at +30] Targets afflicted by a Crimson Specter take health loss equal to 50% of Dracula’s Attack Rating every second, while their Attack Speed and Haste are both reduced by 20 points.
[Unlocked at +40] When an allied hero recovers health by attacking a target afflicted by a Crimson Specter, or when Dracula heals an allied unit, healing crits can be triggered based on Dracula’s Crit Rating. When a healing crit is triggered, the healing is increased by 1% for every point of Crit Rating Dracula has.
Furniture Ability: Bloodletting Slumber
3/3 Ability: At the start of battle, the Vampiric Chalice contains 500 Blood.
9/9 Ability: When Dracula takes fatal damage, she does not die, but transforms into a bat instead. While in bat form, she cannot be targeted or attacked. The effects of the Vampiric Chalice and Crimson Specters take effect as normal, and the next time Scarlet Overflow is triggered, Dracula will be revived with 80% health. While Dracula is in bat form, the duration of all Crimson Specters on the battlefield will be increased by 8s. The cooldown for triggering the bat transformation is 5s.
Eternal Engraving
E30: Enhance the skill Crimson Stalker: When an allied hero attacks a target afflicted by a Crimson Specter, for every 2 points that the allied hero’s Life Leech exceeds the target’s Life Leech, the damage and health loss the attacker deals will be increased by 5% (capped at a max increase of 200%), while each attack will also restore 10 Energy to them.
