Harvey – Forsaken Hound‘s Skills
Storm of Ecstasy
Harvey leaps to the enemy side of the battlefield and spins in place, creating a vortex that pulls all enemy units toward him for 2s. Harvey is untargetable and invincible while spinning. Enemy units within range of the vortex are stunned continuously and take damage equal to 480% of Harvey’s Attack Rating every 1s.
Lvl 2: While spinning, Harvey recovers health equal to 8% of his max health every 2s.
Lvl 3: The spin duration is increased by 2s.
Obsessive Oath
Passive. At the start of battle, Harvey designates the allied hero with the highest Attack Rating as “Beloved”, and Harvey takes 30% of damage dealt to the Beloved. If Mehira is an allied hero, then Harvey will always designate her as Beloved.
Lvl 2: When the Beloved gains Energy by using a normal attack or active skill, Harvey also gains 50% of the Energy.
Lvl 3: When the Beloved deals damage, 25% of the damage will be converted into healing for Harvey (healing from a single strike is capped at 10% of Harvey’s max health).
Lvl 4: The Beloved’s Attack Rating is permanently boosted by 25% of Harvey’s initial Defense Rating.
Unhinged Plunge
Harvey blinks to the enemy hero with the highest Attack Rating, dealing damage equal to 360% of Attack Rating to the target and nearby enemy units while applying 1 stack of Pain, which cannot be dispelled and stacks up to 3 times. If the Beloved takes damage from an enemy unit while Harvey’s Ultimate is not active, Harvey nullifies that damage, blinks immediately to that enemy unit, and uses this skill. This can be triggered once every 8s. Enemy units affected by Pain will only attack Harvey and can only use normal attacks. Each stack of Pain reduces the affected unit’s damage dealt by 20%, and the unit must deal damage to Harvey 2 times to remove 1 stack of Pain.
Lvl 2: Each stack of Pain also reduces the enemy unit’s Accuracy by 30 points and Crit Rating by 15 points.
Lvl 3: Each stack of Pain also increases the enemy unit’s damage taken by 12%.
Lvl 4: Each stack of Pain also causes the enemy unit to lose 100 Energy every 2s.
Suffering Euphoria
Passive. Each time Harvey deals 5 strikes of damage to an enemy unit or takes 4 strikes of damage, he gains 1 stack of Pleasure, which cannot be dispelled. Each stack of Pleasure grants Harvey 10 points of Haste and 20 points of Vitality (capped at 3 stacks). When Harvey is Terrified, he loses 1 stacks of Pleasure.
Lvl 2: Each stack of Pleasure also reduces Harvey’s damage taken by 20%.
Lvl 3: Each stack of Pleasure also increases Harvey’s damage dealt by 20%.
Lvl 4: The Beloved can also gain stacks of Pleasure, with each stack granting 75% of the effects Harvey gains (capped at 3 stacks).

[Unlocked at Activation] During battle, Harvey and the Beloved share factional advantages when dealing damage.
[Unlocked at +10] Each stack of Pleasure reduces the health Harvey loses when taking damage for the Beloved by 10%.
[Unlocked at +20] Each stack of Pleasure restores 100 Energy to Harvey every 2s.
[Unlocked at +30] The first time Harvey’s health drops below 30%, Harvey instantly gains max Pleasure stacks, and each stack of Pleasure gained before this effect triggered restores health equal to 20% of Harvey’s max health.
[Unlocked at +40] For the next 6s after gaining the Pleasure effect, Harvey will absorb 40% of damage taken and convert 50% of it into healing. This effect will also be triggered when Harvey reaches max Pleasure stacks. This can be triggered once every 0.5s.
Furniture Ability: Lingering Agitation
3/3 Ability: The number of attacks required to remove a stack of Pain is increased to 1.
9/9 Ability: When Harvey uses a normal attack, Pain is applied on the nearest attack target, reducing the health loss the enemy inflicts by 40%.
Eternal Engraving
E30: Enhance the skill Unhinged Plunge. Each stack of Pain also causes the enemy unit to lose 100 Energy every 2s.
E60: Enhance the skill Suffering Euphoria. The Beloved can also gain stacks of Pleasure, with each stack granting 75% of the effects Harvey gains (capped at 3 stacks).
