The Lost Spire is an event where you have to beat several floors with different debuffs while spending tokens to upgrade your team. Players that have completed Campaign Stage 3-36 can participate in the event.
During the event, you can manually claim one Quest Supplement every day, which contains 200 Spire Tokens and 5 Adventure Torches.
A floor can be challenged repeatedly. A successful challenge consumes your Adventure Torches and grants you Spire Tokens provided by the floor. And don’t worry, failed attempts do not consume Adventure Torches.
You can use Spire Tokens to upgrade Runes, deploy new heroes and upgrade heroes.
Rune priority
You should max out Ideal Transaction first because it reduces the amount of Spire Tokens spent.
The next step is to max Bag of Profit because it increases the Spire Tokens earned while clearing the floors.
You don’t need to worry about spending your Torches on the first few days. If you can’t beat the enemies, just collect the daily torches and keep upgrading your Runes until you max out your Ideal Transaction and Bag of Profit runes.
After that, you can start upgrading Gallant Blades, Godly Power and Lightning Speed. Or even adding and upgrading some heroes to help you beat the enemy teams.
Vital Players is the least strong rune, but you should eventually max this one out as well.
Floors guide
Each floor has a different debuff. Here we will explain which heroes you should use on each floor.
Floors 1-6: you need heroes that deal AoE damage and heroes that can group up enemies. 
Skriath has AoE damage and he can group up some enemies, but his damage is not that strong. You can try using 
AShemira or 
Lady Simona if you need more AoE damage. 
Kalthin and 
Tamrus are good heroes that can also help you group up enemies
Floors 7-12: you need to attack enemies with “health loss” damage. 
Liberta, Kalthin and 
Naroko are the best damage dealers with “health loss damage”.
Floors 13-18: you get great buffs if you use heroes that can give you shields. So 
Ivan and 
ASafiya are great options here. 
Daimon, 
Astar and 
Mishka are weaker, but useful options. But it is important to mention that Mishka needs her Engraving Level 60 to shield her allies.
Floors 19-24: you need great healers. 
Awakened Solise is the best option and she can be very useful for this challenge even at Legendary ascension. 
Nevanthi, Liberta and 
Silas are also great here. When the battle begin, there is a giant Water Spirit in the center of the battlefield that loses health over time. You must keep the Water Spirit’s health as high as possible to defeat the enemy team, that’s why you’ll need great healers here.
Floor 25 (Boss)
You need to deal at least 1.5 billion damage against Worm Queen to collect all rewards. Here we will share the best teams that can deal 1.5+ billion damage. After maxing out all runes, you can start investing on good heroes to deal a great amount of damage against the boss.

     can deal over 7 billion damage if you max your runes and your heroes. |
The best substitutes for any of the supports () are:  Jerome,  Aurelia,  Rimuru, or Liberta. |
Other good substitutes for any of the supports are  Elijah & Lailah,  Atheus,  Lorsan, Ivan,  Raine,  Lan, or  Mortas. |
If you need other options for any of the supports, you can try Silas,  Shuna, Tamrus,  Grezhul,  Awakened Athalia, Naroko,  Melion,  Joan,  Lucilla,  Veithael,  Hodgkin,  Trishea, Awakened Safiya,  Anasta, or  Estrilda. |
The best substitutes for your carry () are Liberta or Awakened Athalia.  Awakened Belinda and  Eorin are also good options.  Scarlet and  Saurus are a bit weaker, but they can also replace Awakened Lyca and reach 1.5+ billion damage. |
Baden-Trishea comp
 can deal over 6 billion damage if you max your runes and your heroes. |
