Lady Luck Smiles
At the start of battle, invokes Fortune’s Favor weather.
Fortune’s Favor: For every point of Crit Rating Kaelon has, he also has 2 points of Luck. Luck provides Kaelon with advantages, with every point of Luck increasing his damage dealt by 0.4%. Kaelon can have a maximum of 200 points of Luck.
Active: Kaelon engages the enemy hero with the highest Crit Rating in a dice duel, dealing Dragonspeak Damage equal to 300% of his Attack Rating, and the hero that rolls highest steals 20% of the opponent’s Crit Rating. If Kaelon wins the dice duel, for every point he rolled higher than the enemy, he deals extra Dragonspeak Damage equal to 30% of his Attack Rating to that target. Kaelon is invincible and untargetable while invoking Fortune’s Favor weather and while casting his Ultimate. (Element)
Lvl 2: The higher Kaelon’s Luck, the higher his chance of winning dice duels. His win chance cannot exceed 95%.
Lvl 3: While Fortune’s Favor weather is active, allied heroes gain 15 points of Crit Rating.
Twin Dice Assault
Kaelon launches 3 strikes of Dragonspeak Damage at the current target, each equal to 125% of his Attack Rating.
Passive: Kaelon uses 2 dice to assist in battle, inflicting health loss equal to 125% of his Attack Rating on enemies. Upon entering battle, the dice will prioritize appearing near enemy heroes with low health.
Lvl 2: The higher Kaelon’s Luck, the more health loss his dice inflict, for a maximum increase of 50%.
Lvl 3: After Kaelon wins a dice duel, the health loss his dice inflict is further increased by 20% for 5 seconds. This effect cannot be stacked.
Lvl 4: After Kaelon wins a dice duel, the health loss his dice inflict is further increased by 40% for 7 seconds. This effect cannot be stacked.
Enchanted Zither
Kaelon plays his zither, gaining a shield equal to 350% of his Attack Rating and reducing the Crit Rating of the enemy hero with the highest Attack Rating by 30 points for 7 seconds. This effect cannot be stacked.
Lvl 2: Every time Kaelon reduces the Crit Rating of an enemy hero, that hero will suffer a follow-up zither attack that deals damage equal to 150% of Kaelon’s Attack Rating.
Lvl 3: Every time Kaelon gains Luck, he receives healing from his zither. The healing is equal to 12% of his lost health, but never less than 6% of his max health. This effect can be triggered once every 2 seconds.
Lvl 4: Whenever Kaelon suffers damage or health loss, it will be reduced based on the difference between his Crit Rating and the opponent’s. The lower the enemy’s Crit Rating compared to Kaelon’s, the more the damage and health loss is reduced, for a maximum reduction of up to 60%.
Chance Strike
Kaelon plays his zither to attack enemies and deal AoE damage. This skil’s damage is determined by a dice check, for max damage of up to 280% of his Attack Rating. Once this skill is unlocked, it replaces his normal attack.
Lvl 2: Kaelon plays his zither to attack enemies and deal AoE damage. This skill’s damage is determined by a dice check, for max damage of up to 330% of his Attack Rating. Once this skill is unlocked, it replaces his normal attack.
Lvl 3: Every time Kaelon wins a dice duel from casting Lady Luck Smiles, the minimum score for subsequent dice checks is increased by 1 point. After 5 dice duel wins, his dice will always roll a 6.
Lvl 4: When Kaelon rolls a 5 in a dice check, he deals an extra strike of damage, and when he rolls a 6, he deals 2 extra strikes.
Signature Item: Stellar Gambit
Signature Item Skill: All-In
[Unlocked at Activation] For every point of Crit Rating Kaelon reduces from an enemy, he gains an extra 1 point of Luck.
[Unlocked at +10] After invoking Fortune’s Favor weather, Kaelon’s damage is increased by 10% for every allied hero that has received his Crit Rating boost for a maximum of 2 increases.
[Unlocked at +20] After invoking Fortune’s Favor weather, Kaelon’s damage is increased by 15% for every allied hero that has received his Crit Rating boost, for a maximum of 4 increases.
[Unlocked at +30] As Kaelon’s Luck increases his chance to dodge physical attacks and resist enemy control effects also increases, with a maximum chance of up to 80%.
[Unlocked at +40] As Kaelon’s Luck increases, his Attack Power also increases, for a maximum increase of up to 100%. When Kaelon takes fatal damage, he spends 50%of his Luck to gain immunity to that damage and become invincible and untargetable for 3 seconds. Can be triggered up to 3 times per battle.
Furniture Ability: Winning Streak
3/3 Ability: While Fortune’s Favor weather is active, Kaelon is guaranteed to win his first 2 dice duels, and his dice are guaranteed to roll a 6 in his first 2 dice checks.
9/9 Ability: Every time Kaelon wins consecutive dice duels or consecutively rolls a 6, his damage is increased by 45% and he gains 15 points of Haste and Physical Pierce for 4 seconds. This effect cannot be stacked.
Eternal Engraving
E30: Enhance the skill Enchanted Zither: Whenever Kaelon suffers damage or health loss, it will be reduced based on the difference between his Crit Rating and the opponent’s. The lower the enemy’s Crit Rating compared to Kaelon’s, the more the damage and health loss is reduced, for a maximum reduction of up to 60%.
E60: Enhance the skill Chance Strike: When Leviathan’s health percentage is lower than the conch shell’s, he suffers 95% less damage and health loss from enemies.
