Melion – Warden of Order’s Skills
Precepts Prevail
Melion uses Dragon’s Fury to summon two moving light walls. Enemies caught between the walls are pushed to the center. When the walls shatter, they deal Dragonspeak Damage for 320% of Melion’s Attack Rating, stunning enemies for 3 seconds and reducing their Movement Speed by 50% for 6 seconds. Melion is immune to control effects while casting this skill.
Lvl 2: If Melion’s Exemplar is alive, the light walls push enemies towards their position.
Lvl 3: If the skill Restraining Discipline is unlocked, an additional sealing array appears when the walls shatter.
Precept Power
Passive: Every time Melion casts a spell, he accumulates Precept Power. Basic Atack: 2 points; Restraining Discipline: 4 points; Precepts Prevail: 6 points; Exemplary Conduct: 10 points. Precept Power is capped at 100 points. When Melion’s skills inflict control effects on enemies, every 1 points of Precept Power increase the duration of the control effect by 0.5% seconds.
Lvl 2: Precept Power gained from Normal Attacks increases to 3 points.
Lvl 3: Precept Power gained from Restraining Discipline increases to 6 points.
Lvl 4: Precept Power gained from Precepts Prevail increases to 9 points.
Restraining Discipline
Melion activates a rune to cast light magic, targeting the enemy with the highest damage. This attack deals damage for 230% Attack Rating to the target and nearby enemies, immobilizing them for 3 seconds. In addition, a sealing array is created that prevents enemies within it from using their Ultimate for 5 seconds.
Lvl 2: Damage is increased to 290%.
Lvl 3: As Melion’s Precept Power increases, it extends the duration of the sealing array.
Lvl 4: Enemies caught in two sealing arrays at once are prevented from healing, and those in three arrays cannot recover Energy.
Exemplary Conduct
At the start of battle, Melion selects the Draconis hero among his allies with the highest initial Attack Rating, excluding himself, as his Exemplar, boosting their Attack Speed by 36, Crit Rating by 36, and Dragonspeak Amplification by 36. While casting the skill, Melion is immune to control effects.
Lvl 2: If Melion dies, the Exemplar’s buffs remain active for 6 seconds.
Lvl 3: If Melion dies, the Exemplar’s buffs remain active for 12 seconds.
Lvl 4: When the Exemplar deals damage, the closer they and the enemy are to being in the same row, the more damage is dealt, up to an increase of 60%.
