The Golden Frontier is an event that lasts 30 days. It is an event where 12 different guilds fight for cities in Goldsand Province. The guild that occupies the Gilded City and Gold Oak in the central zone at the end will be crowned victorious.
Collections and Artifacts will not take effect during the current Golden Frontier season.
Capturing cities and resources zones
The Golden Frontier event is divided into 3 stages: Golden Charge, Golden Supremacy, and Rush to the Top. Each stage will unlock new areas for players to fight over.
Each day will be divided into the following phases: Rally Phase (UTC 08:00 until 04:00 the next day); Declaration Phase (UTC 08:00–24:00); Siege Phase (UTC 04:00–05:00); and Calculation Phase (UTC 05:00–08:00). For Arcane Tower, the Declaration Phase runs from UTC 08:00–20:00.
The League Leader and Deputy must declare war on a city during the Declaration Phase. In the Rally Phase, players can add their teams to the rally queue, and then start battle during the Siege Phase. The Honor Spotlight will start after the battle ends.
Players who perform exceptionally well during the Siege Phase will be on the stage during the Honor Spotlight and receive lots of rewards.
Once your League has occupied a city, you can occupy the city’s resource zones to gain production rewards periodically and over time, unlock treasures to gain powerful effects and even more rewards.
There are three types of resource zone: Essence Pool, Phosphorus Vein, and Diamond Lode. Phosphorus Vein is the most important one because it is the resource zone that gives you the most phosphorus gems, which is a very important resource to upgrade your treasures on this event.
Realm of Shadows
Each of the player’s teams will start with 6 Blessed Flames, which can be used to challenge treasure guards. Every 10 hours, 6 torches will be regained.
Some cities contain Mystic Gates. After a player’s League occupies such a city, they can challenge higher floors of the Realm of Shadows.
Inside Mystic Gates, guardians protect the treasures. Defeat them within a certain amount of time to receive a reward, and adventurers from your guild who have not yet defeated that guardian will also receive a reward. Treasure guardians will leave after a certain amount of time, after which they cannot be fought.
Vault of Riches
The Vault of Riches contains all manner of treasures collected by pirates. You can obtain these legendary relics by meeting certain requirements.
Treasures can only be obtained in a certain order. To unlock a treasure, the previous one must be unlocked first.
Some treasures possess additional effects that can only be activated by using phosphorus gems. The most important additional effects during early game are the effects that gives you more resource zones. The more resource zones you have, the more phophorus gems you will get, and the faster you will get more treasures.
