Final Verdict
Summons her dragon spirit, which deals Dragonspeak Damage equal to 450% of her Attack Rating to all enemies and enacts Judgement, which prioritizes targeting the enemy hero that provides the most attribute buffs and seals them, disabling the active skill they have used the most often (excluding Ultimates and normal attacks) for 30 seconds. The Ultimate can be cast even if Haelia is under control effects. While casting the Ultimate, Haelia gains immunity to control effects and becomes invincible and untargetable. After the Ultimate ends, she cannot use it again for 3 seconds. (Element)
Lvl 2: Deals Dragonspeak Damage equal to 600% of her Attack Rating to all enemies.
Lvl 3: When an enemy hero has been sealed 1 times, an extra dagger is generated. This effect can only be triggered once.
Seal of Judgment
Punishment marks will be applied to enemy heroes that provide attribute buffs. When using skills, Haelia will punish those heroes, dealing Dragonspeak Damage equal to 350% of her Attack Rating and reducing the duration of their attribute buffs by 50%. Boss enemies will always have a Punishment mark.
Lvl 2: Deals Dragonspeak Damage equal to 450% of Attack Rating.
Lvl 3: The duration of enemy attribute buffs will be reduced by 90%.
Lvl 4: If more than 1 enemy heroes are punished at the same ime, an extra dagger is generated.
Sinbound Execution
Deals damage equal to 320% of her Attack Rating to the enemy hero or boss that has the most attribute buffs , and this damage ignores Defense. If that enemy is also the one that has dealt the most damage, then an extra dagger is generated. This skill prioritizes targeting enemies with a high Attack Rating.
Lvl 2: Deals damage equal to 400% of her Attack Rating, which ignores Defense.
Lvl 3: Deals damage equal to 480% of her Attack Rating, which ignores Defense.
Lvl 4: If the enemy is a boss, a dagger will be generated. For each dagger generated, for the next 10 seconds, all allies will inflict 60% more damage and health loss to enemies that are marked by Punishment or have had their skills sealed. This effect does not stack.
Forbidden Echo
Passive. Haelia inflicts 35% more damage and health loss to enemy heroes that have had their skills sealed. When an enemy hero’s skills are sealed, Haelia also gains a shield for8 seconds, with a shield value equal to the sum of 350% of her Attack Rating plus 450% of the enemy hero’s Defense Rating.
Lvl 2: Haelia inflicts 45% more damage and health loss to enemy heroes that have had their skills sealed.
Lvl 3: Haelia inflicts 65% more damage and health loss to enemy heroes that have had their skills sealed.
Lvl 4: When all daggers have been generated, the duration of the Ultimate’s skill-sealing effect is changed to 45 seconds.

[Unlocked at Activation] For every 1 times the Ultimate is cast, a dagger is generated.
[Unlocked at +10] For each dagger generated Haelia inflicts health loss equal to 450% of her Attack Rating to enemies within a certain range around her, converting it into a shield for herself that lasts 8 seconds.
[Unlocked at +20] Permanently gains 25 points of Buffer for each dagger generated. This effect cannot be dispelled.
[Unlocked at +30] For each dagger generated 6 Haelila gains a permanent Dragonspeak Damage boost of 45%. This effect cannot be dispelled.
[Unlocked at +40] When all daggers have been generated, Haelia enters Butchery mode and the enemy hero that provides the most attribute buffs will be marked, prioritizing marking enemies with high health. When the Ultimate is cast, that enemy will be instantly slain, unless their health is equal to more than 3000% of her Attack Rating, If the enemy is a boss, then it will take Dragonspeak Damage equal to 800% of her Attack Rating and it will suffer 40% more health loss for the next 9 seconds.
Furniture Ability: Wrath
3/3 Ability: When an allied hero deals damage to an enemy marked by Punishment, Haelia will gain 100 Energy and recover 12.5% of her lost health. This effect can be triggered once every 1 seconds.
9/9 Ability: After the Ultimate is finished, the dragon spirit will remain for 2.5 seconds and deal Dragonspeak Damage equal to 400%of her Attack Rating every 0.5 seconds to enemies marked by Punishment When the dragon spirit disappears, enemies marked by Punishment will be Terrified for 4 seconds.
Eternal Engraving
